Greenleaf is a graduate of UCLA's School of Theatre Film and Television, Seth grew up at the heart of New York City's theatre scene, working in every aspect of theatre from usher to actor to director. Among his favorite highlights are acting with George C. Scott in the off-Broadway hit WRONG TURN AT LUNGFISH, producing 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL with Dolly Parton, co-financing the Tony Award winning THE BOOK OF MORMON, and directing the award winning play RFK: A PORTRAIT OF Robert F. Kennedy. He heads GFOUR Productions Broadway division and is the company's Artistic Director. Last season he partnered with the Royal Shakespeare Company to bring the Tony Award winning, Drama Desk Award winning, and Olivier Award winning MATILDA THE MUSICAL to Broadway from the West End. He won a Tony Award last June for his work Co-Producing the highly acclaimed 50th anniversary production of Edward Albee's WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF. He recently opened Tennessee William's THE GLASS MENAGERIE on Broadway starring Zachary Quinto and Cherry Jones, and is Co-Producing the National Tour of the Tony Award winning Musical, PORGY AND BESS, opening in San Francisco this November. He is in post production on a documentary about the National Gay Flag Football League (FlagFootballTheMovie.com) and is also co-chair of the Broadway Green Alliance, helping to green the great white way. Rudetsky is the afternoon host on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio's ON BROADWAY as well as the host of SETH SPEAKS on Sirius/XM Stars. As a pianist, Seth has played for more than a dozen Broadway shows including Ragtime, Les Miz and Phantom. He was the Artistic Producer/Music Director for the first five annual Actors Fund Fall Concerts including Dreamgirls with Audra McDonald (recorded on Nonesuch Records) and HAIR with Jennifer Hudson (recorded on Ghostlight Records, Grammy Nomination).In 2007 he made his Broadway acting debut playing Sheldon (singing "Magic to Do" in a devastating unitard) in THE RITZ directed by Joe Mantello for The Roundabout Theater. Off-Broadway he wrote and starred in the critically acclaimed Rhapsody in Seth (directed by Peter Flynn) at the Actors Playhouse and has also appeared on TV on L&O:CI and had a recurring role on All My Children. As an author, he penned the non-fiction Q Guide To Broadway, the novel Broadway Nights and the recently published My Awesome/Awful Popularity Plan (Random House). Broadway Nights is available on Audible.com starring Kristin Chenoweth, Andrea Martin and Jonathan Groff and My Awesome/Awful Popularity Plan stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ana Gasteyer and Megan Hiltly. Seth played himself on Kathy Griffin; My Life on the D-List, was the vocal coach on MTV's Legally Blonde reality show and starred opposite Sutton Foster in They're Playing Our Song for the Actors Fund. Currently, he's starring Off-Broadway in Disaster! (which he also co-wrote and the New York Times called "irresistible" and a "triumph"!) as well as writing a weekly column on Playbill.com and touring the country doing master classes/performing his one-man show Deconstructing Broadway. SETH will be here at the Straz Center in Tampa on Nov, 9th and 10th we will see him in Seth Rudetsky's " MY BIG FAT BROADWAY SHOW".
