The New American Theatre Company NY (The NATCNY) is pleased to announce its upcoming benefit performance of excerpts from An Urban Christmas Carol, directed by the company's founding artistic director and veteran Broadway actor DeMone. The event will be held on Monday, December 14, 2015, at Events at Stone Park, located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Casting will be announced shortly.

As an actor, DeMone's Broadway and Off-Broadway credits include Ragtime, Miss Saigon, Rent and Black Nativity Now. As a director, DeMone's credits include August Wilson's Jitney, Regina Taylor's Crowns and Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale, to name a few. He has previously served as artistic director of The La Mont Zeno Theatre, UrbanTheatre Company and The All Stars Project in Chicago as well as The American Theatre of Harlem in New York.

In keeping with The NATCNY tradition, audience members will mingle with the cast and fellow theatergoers in a pre-show cocktail reception beginning at 7:00 pm with cash bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. The performance will start at 8:30 pm, followed by a prize raffle and party.
