Rehearsals begin this weekend for a Musical Theatre Factory development workshop of composer Zoe Sarnak's THE YEARS BETWEEN, an exploration of New York millennials set to a rock, folk, pop and soul score. Featuring Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening), Laura Dreyfuss (Once), Amber Iman (Soul Doctor), Gabe Violet (Spring Awakening), Taylor Noble (A Lasting Impression), and Josh Tolle (Next to Normal at Drury Lane), the workshop will be directed by opera director Kevin Newbury, choreographed by Jason Sparks, and music directed by Andy Einhorn (Cinderella, Bullets Over Broadway). Jen Hoguet is producing in collaboration with Musical Theatre Factory.

The workshop will culminate with an industry presentation on Monday, July 7th at 8pm. While this presentation is closed to the public, however a limited number of industry invitations are available by contacting info@musicaltheatrefactory.org.

Musical Theatre Factory is located at 250 West 40th Street (between 7th & 8th Ave) on the fourth floor.

This workshop of THE YEARS BETWEEN is presented at part of The Musical Theatre Factory's inaugural summer season. The Musical Theatre Factory is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping musical theatre artists develop and present new work in a collaborative atmosphere free from the pressures of critical or financial success.
