Monotonix is playing at the Brooklyn Bowl on April 14. Joining them will be Legendary Shack Shakers, Skeletonbreath and Old Time Relijun with their first live performance in nearly two years.

Monotonix will reledase Never Died Before / Lazy Boy 7" on April 20th, 2010. It will come out on limited edition vinyl and mp3. Artwork was hand drawn by drummer Haggai. The 7" includes 2 new songs recorded by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago last January. ‘Never Died Before' is available to preview at www.dragcity.com.

Monotonix will be touring the US in April, followed by a European tour in May. At these shows the band will be playing new songs from their forthcoming album (due in early 2011) in smaller than usual venues. They will be playing with bands such as Old Time Relijun, Legendary Shack Shakers, The Thermals, Bottomless Pit (ex Silkworm) and Call Me Lightning in the US and support Pavement in Italy.
