Megan Hilty On SMASH Sex Scenes, GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES & NY Versus LA

Broadway crossover superstar and recognizable screen presence Megan Hilty touches upon a number of pertinent topics as part of a new interview in promotion of her upcoming participation in the NY Pops Birthday Gala salute to SMASH composers Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman.

Looking back, when asked to share her favorite SMASH highlights, Hilty amusingly reveals, "Either of my sex scenes, so people can see my "full body of work" - HA! Just kidding!"

Answering honestly, Hilty then adds: "Any scene with Bernadette Peters, because she is my hero."

Furthermore, Hilty shares if she could star in any musical on Broadway right now if given the chance it would be Golden Age classic GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES.

"Gentlemen Prefer Blondes - I got to do it at Encores! and haven't stopped thinking about it since," Hilty relates.

Additionally, Hilty compares what she misses most about both New York and Los Angeles when in either, sharing, "I miss NYC pizza - specifically John's on Bleecker; and LA sunshine - specifically being able to wear my flip flops at Christmas time."
