Matthew Broderick, Stockard Channing, Treat Williams and more are set to appear in an all-star benefit staged reading of Poets of Amityville, a new play by Drama Desk Award-winner & Emmy Award-nominated writer Eugene Pack taking place on Sunday, August 28, at 8pm at Guild Hall in The Hamptons.

Hosted by Lorraine Bracco, the cast will also feature Tovah Feldshuh, Geraldine Hughes, Carol Kane, Richard Kind, Dayle Reyfel, Patrick Boll and Chloe Dirksen.

The ensemble comedy centers on an adult education poetry class on Long Island where a possible trip to Dublin ignites fierce competition.

Tickets are available for the public online at www.GuildHall.org. A portion of the proceeds from this reading will benefit The Felix Organization whose mission is to provide inspiring opportunities and new experiences to enrich the lives of children who are growing up in the foster care system.

Eugene Pack is an Emmy-nominated writer and the winner of the Drama Desk Award for creating and producing Celebrity Autobiography. His plays include Stan the Man and Columbus and Amsterdam.
