Lily Rabe is back on AMERICAN HORROR STORY!

Popular stage and screen star Lily Rabe is set to return to AMERICAN HORROR STORY for the FREAK SHOW season after all according to a new report.

Furthermore, Rabe will be reprising her role of Sister Mary Eunice from the second season of the hit FX anthology series, which was subtitled ASYLUM.

Additionally, earlier today, it was confirmed that Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka will also be appearing in the final episodes of the season, as well.

Of note, Rabe joins fellow ASYLUM co-star Naomi Grossman as pinhead Pepper to be the only actor to play the same role on two separate seasons of the series and early reports indicate Rabe's return will involve the current storyline afforded to Grossman on FREAK SHOW.

AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW stars Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Denis O'Hare, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, Frances Conroy, Gabourey Sidibe, Evan Peters and Jamie Brewer, with new cast members Michael Chiklis, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock and Patti LaBelle joining the ranks for the new season.

The official description of AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW is as follows: "American Horror Story: Freak Show begins its tale in the quiet, sleepy hamlet of Jupiter, Florida. The year is 1952. A troupe of curiosities has just arrived to town, coinciding with the strange emergence of a dark entity that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike. This is the story of the performers and their desperate journey of survival amidst the dying world of the American carny experience."
