J.Crew has become a major powerhouse of both classic and fashion-forward clothing and accessories. As they expand their presence as a fashion force to be reckoned with, they have also taken steps into the beauty department. They started by offering Essie nail polish, NARS lipsticks and L'Occitane hand creams - all brands that fit with the J.Crew aesthetic and help to complete their look. They also created partnerships for custom-colors with Lipstick Queen's Poppy King and Face Stockholm. Now, the retailer can check off hair products to their list of beauty offerings.

J.Crew began carrying Lavett & Chin, the sulfate-, paraben-, petrochemical-, synthetic-dye-, and fragrance-free line that was started by two hairstyling veterans. The two key products you can buy at J.Crew are the highly popular Sea/Salt Texturizing Mist and the No. 02 Pomade. The Sea/Salt Texturizing Mist is a which is blended with pure Maris Sea salt, which is harvested from North America's only active sea-salt bed, and organic rose flower water to give you beachy waves without drying out your strands while the No. 02 Pomade is a super-luxe Indian-mango-butter and Ugandan-shea-butter salve scented with ginger root from Madagascar that gives a flexible, light hold that never feels hard or sticky. Both products are unisex.
