Goldsberry records Disney's THE LION GUARD

BWW has learned that Tony Award winner Renée Elise Goldsberry, who currently stars as Angelica Schuyler Church in Broadway's HAMILTON and will star opposite Oprah Winfrey in HBO Films' "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks," will voice a guest role for season two of Disney Junior's hit animated series THE LION GUARD, which continues the epic storytelling of Disney's "The Lion King."

Goldsberry will voice Dhahabu the Golden Zebra, the charismatic leader of a group of zebras. Fun fact: Goldsberry's Broadway debut was as Nala in THE LION KING!

"The Lion Guard" is executive-produced by Ford Riley and airs daily on Disney Channel and Disney Junior.
