Tonight's Glee and the recent Oscars have a lot in common, actually. No, Seth McFarland isn't going to come sing a song about boobs.. well, not yet. But, tonight's Glee celebrates the magic of music from the movies - how songs can turn a simple moment be it happy or sad into magic. Join us as Glee celebrates the movies, and their 500th musical number. As Daddy Warbucks said in Annie - "Let's go to the movies".

Will dreams of a Fred-Ginger number between himself and Emma ("You're All The World To Me") and proposes the idea of a movie/mash up theme to the glee club along with the annual boys vs girls competition. Finn attempts to help Will find Emma, but Will is more focused on spending time with good movies than focusing on his runaway bride. After checking in with Sue, which results in no help whatsoever, Finn teams with Artie for some tips on how to find Emma, thus prompting Finn to go check out Emma's parents. Brittany and Blaine propose a non-competition number, and kicks off Movie week with "Shout" from Animal House.

Santana is snowed in with Rachel, Kurt, and Adam, and not exactly happy with her two gays and Berry trapped weekend, and tempers flare between Rachel and Santana over her attitude. But, a film movie looms and Kurt chooses Moulin Rouge. Kurt fantasizes himself and Blaine singing 'Come What May' which prompts Santana to mention how Kurt use to talk about singing it at his wedding to Blaine, which makes Kurt squirm a little under the eye of his new British boy thang, Adam. Santana reveals how she's been going through the apartment and believes Brody to be a drug dealer, but Rachel is not even remotely convinced. Finn and Artie trick Emma's parents into giving up her location by pretending to be a pair of gingers looking for their ginger club leader.

When Brody basically blows Rachel off the phone, Kurt turns to agree with Santana on her accusations, but Rachel is still not sure, suspicious, but not sure. The boys of glee club gives their tribute to Tom Cruise by mashing up "Old Time Rock n Roll" from Risky Business with "Danger Zone" from Top Gun.

Kitty apologizes to Marley (again?), which prompts Marley to reveal she kissed Ryder, and Kitty assures her to just keep it cool and collect her boy diamonds. The girls of glee club perform a mash up of "Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend" from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and "Material Girl" by Madonna. Adam confronts Kurt about his feelings towards Blaine, prompting Kurt to reveal he's still in love with Blaine, but this only leads to Adam to decide they need to find a movie of their own. Finn tells Will he's found Emma, and that Will needs to have that romantic moment in the third act of a movie and reclaim Emma as his.

Will arrives to find Emma at her sister's and serenades her with "In Your Eyes" from Say Anything, boombox and all. After coaxing her with a song, the duo discuss how Emma felt abandoned, and decide perhaps they need to start from scratch and rediscover themselves and their love.

Santana confronts Rachel about how she found the pregnancy test leaving Rachel in tears and Santana there to comfort her. Jake reveals to Marley how all the Valentine's Day actions were Ryder's idea, but he has a plan to make it up to her - a little pottery and "Unchained Melody" from Ghost. Unlike Molly in the movie, Marley isn't a one woman kind of gal, prompting her to envision both Ryder and Jake behind her and the pottery wheel. Torn between the two, Marley reveals she knew all along about Valentine's Day, and that Ryder kissed her, prompting Jake to storm out.

Will reveals that everyone has won the competition, which causes the glee club to roll their eyes, but Artie steps up to reveal that he needed more people for his movie project (the proposed prize). Finn reveals to Will that he kissed Emma, but Will can't speak and leaves Finn to his thoughts.

The New Directions cut-loose "Footloose" style as their finale to their movie assignment. And that's a wrap, folks. But, next week - get ready for some feud - and not of the game show variety. Blaine vs Sue? Will vs. Finn? Santana vs. Brody? Bring it on, Gleeks. Bring. it. on.

Until next week, Gleeks.
