Gavin Creel, Ana Gasteyer, Adam Pascal & More Launch New Concert Series at Art House with Seth Rudetsky

New Producing Artistic Director Mark Cortale launches his first season at the helm of The Art House with a new concert series hosted by Broadway and Sirius XM Radio Star Seth Rudetsky. Kicking off tongiht with Jackie Hoffman and continuing through Sept 4th, the following artists will perform solo shows in the new Broadway at The Art House series, with Rudetsky at the piano:

-Jackie Hoffman, Broadway star of The Addams Family and Hairspray (June 24 & 25)

-Charles Busch, legendary actor/writer of the film Die Mommy Die! and the recent Off-Broadway smash The Divine Sister (July 2 & 3)

-Adam Pascal, Tony nominated original star of Rent, Aida and Chess (July 23 & 24)

-Andrea McArdle, Broadway's original Annie and star of Jerry's Girls and Beauty and the Beast (July 30 & 31)

-Marilyn Maye, Grammy nominated cabaret legend featuring Billy Stritch (Aug 11 & 12)

-Ana Gasteyer, star of Saturday Night Live and Broadway star of Three Penny Opera (Aug 20 & 21)

-Gavin Creel, two time Tony nominated star of Hair and Thoroughly Modern Millie (August 27 & 28)

-Andrea Martin, Second City TV legend and Tony Award winning actress (Sept 3 & 4)

Rudetsky will also run his hilarious one man "deconstructing" comedy all summer at the Art House entitled Seth's Big Fat Broadway Show (June 23 - Sept. 3).

Seth is the afternoon Broadway host on Sirius XM satellite radio. As a musician, he has played piano for over a dozen Broadway shows including Ragtime, Les Miserables, and Phantom of the Opera. He was also the Artistic Producer and Music Director for the first five annual Actors Fund Fall Concerts, which included Dreamgirls with Audra McDonald (recorded on Nonesuch Records) and Hair with Jennifer Hudson (recorded on Ghostlight Records, Grammy nomination). As a comic he was awarded "Funniest Gay Male in NY" at Stand-Up NY and is a three-time Emmy nominee as a writer for The Rosie O'Donnell Show. As an actor, he made his Broadway debut in The Ritz directed by Joe Mantello, and has appeared on television on Law and Order C.I. and All My Children. As an author, he wrote the books The Q Guide to Broadway and Broadway Nights, also just released as an audio book on audible.com featuring Andrea Martin, Jonathan Groff and Kristin Chenoweth, and writes a weekly column on Playbill.com. His new Broadway at The Art House series is certain to be, by his own signature estimation, "A-MAH-zing!"
