Laura Osnes and Will Chase will perform selections from Encores! PIPE DREAM, along with Celia Keenan-Bolger and Betsy Wolfe performing selections from MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG, tonight at Barnes & Noble (150 East 86th Street). The event begins at 7.

A pair of tickets for the upcoming gala celebrating the 20th anniversary of Encores! will be given away at the event. Performance will be followed by a CD signing. Musical Director Rob Berman and host Jack Viertel (Artistic Director, Encores!), will also be on hand.

In 2012, New York City Center’s Encores! series premiered a new version of Merrily We Roll Along, starring Colin Donnell as Franklin Shepard, Celia Keenan-Bolger as Mary Flynn, Lin-Manuel Miranda as Charley Kringas, Adam Grupper as Joe Josephson, Elizabeth Stanley as Beth and Betsy Wolfe as Gussie Carnegie, and featuring a 23-piece orchestra conducted by Rob Berman.

Rodgers & Hammerstein's PIPE DREAM, recorded at New York City Center's Encores! series in March, was released in September. Produced by Rodgers & Hammerstein: An Imagem Company, this preservation of Rodgers & Hammerstein's 1955 Broadway musical rarity marked the first time an Encores! musical has been recorded live.

Guests will sign their respective cast CDs only. Priority seating with purchase of one of the featured CDs at this event.
