Every week, Deidre’s custom choreography based from the film Chicago will be broKen Down and taught in a simple way that everyone from the absolute beginner to the trained dancer will enjoy.  After learning the choreography, each participant will be encouraged to find their own Merry Murderess and workout their frustration about whomever or whatever while getting a great workout!
