DVR Alert: Bernadette Peters & Laura Linney Visit Bravo's WATCH WHAT HAPPENS Tonight

Bravo previously announced that two Broadway stars will visit WATCH WHAT HAPPENS LIVE tonight, July 8th. The series airs 11-11:30 p.m. ET. Peters is promoting her new children's book "Stella and Charlie, Friends Forever" as well as her annual Broadway Barks fundraiser scheduled for July 11th in New York City's Shubert Alley.

Throughout her illustrious career, Tony Award-winning actress Bernadette Peters has dazzled audiences and critics with her performances on stage and television, in concert, and on recordings.

In 2003, she received her seventh Tony Award nomination for her electrifying portrayal of Momma Rose in Sam Mendes' record-breaking Broadway revival of Gypsy, and her brilliant performance was captured on the Grammy award-winning Gypsy cast recording. "Bernadette Peters is a revelation!" Ben Brantley of The New York Times declared of her star turn in the show. Peters' Angel Records CD, Sondheim, Etc., Etc.: Bernadette Peters Live atCarnegie Hall (The Rest of It), features never-before-released highlights from her historic 1996 highly anticipated solo debut at Carnegie Hall. The concert was a benefit for Gay Men's Health Crisis. This performance was repeated inBernadette Peters in Concert, her London solo debut at Royal Festival Hall, which later was telecast on PBS and is available on DVD.

Linney's extensive stage credits on Broadway and elsewhere include Hedda Gabler (for which she won a 1994 Joe A. Callaway Award), Holiday (based on the 1938 movie starringKatharine Hepburn), and her Best Actress Tony Award-nominated 2002 role in The Crucible (where she appeared alongside future The Exorcism Of Emily Rose co-star Jennifer Carpenter). She was nominated again in 2005 for Sight Unseen.

Linney most recently wrapped showtime's hit series THE BIG C, and has scored four Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards and a Screen Actors Guild Award over the course of her career.
