Angie Pontani, Jo Weldon and Jonny Porkpie to Launch THE NAKED TRUTH Burlesque Game Show, 3/17

THE NAKED TRUTH will launch in New York City on Saturday, March 17th at The Triad. Hosted by the Burlesque Mayor of NYC JONNY PORKPIE, the 3/17 show will feature ANGIE PONTANI and JO "BOOBS" WELDON in addition to performers HARVEST MOON, LITTLE BROOKLYN and Stage Kittens BUNNY BUXOM and SATIRA SIN.

The experience will play the third Saturday of each month with upcoming performances scheduled for April 21st at 10pm and May 19th at 10pm. Scott Rayow will serve as announcer at each performance. 

At the show the audience will "watch in awe as internationally-renowned performers bump and grind, tease and titillate, sway and strip. The spectators will then get in on the action as they come on stage to take part in an interactive game show, attempting to expose and guess the performers' most intimate secrets for the chance to win decadent prizes. It's time to uncover...THE NAKED TRUTH!"

Creator/Host Jonny Porkpie has created, performed in and emceed some of the most acclaimed shows across the country and around the world, including at The Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas and The New York Burlesque Festival. He's the author of "The Corpse Wore Pasties," a burlesque murder mystery which just received its second printing and is available for purchase in the UK and the US, and he ran for Mayor of New York City in the last election…he lost. 

THE NAKED TRUTH is presented by Jonny Porkpie and award-winning filmmaker, artist, and producer Gary Beeber who also produces the hit show Gotham Burlesque at The Triad.

THE NAKED TRUTH plays at the Triad Theater (158 West 72nd Street) on the third Saturday of each month with March's performance on Saturday, 3/17 at 10pm, April's on Saturday, 4/21 at 10pm andMay's on Saturday, 5/19 at 10pm. Tickets are $35 for general admission and $45 for premium seating and can be purchased online at www.NakedTruthGameShow.com. There is also a two drink minimum.
