In a recent Herald Sun review of Melbourne musical comedIan Ryan Coffey's show, it was stated that his '...luxurious beard alone probably has more musical talent than most of us could even dream of.' That is a great analogy of this guitar-playing, loop-pedal-wielding, tall and angular stand-up, who also happens to sport some fine facial hair.

After entertaining audiences all around Australia and finishing a successful Melbourne International
Comedy Festival run, Coffey will make his second Adelaide appearance at the run of Adelaide Comedy gigs this July/August at selected venues over five nights.

Self-confessed gay Ned Kelly look-a-like, Coffey has all the nervous energy of a goofy 14 year-old,
combined with the dry wit of a cynical romantic. His show is a clever inter-weaving of song, beat
boxing and banter. It is precisely this perfectly-timed awkwardness which is the key to Coffey's
humour.
