What do you like backstage?

Hello! I'm designing a theatre and would love everyone's opinion on what you like in a dressing room, wardrobe, green room, and any other space in a theatre. What works? What doesn't? What would you change if you could? Help me design the best theatre possible for the audience, crew, and it's players! Thanks!
