What's On This Easter at The Point and The Berry Theatre

The Point, Eastleigh has a family-friendly programme this Easter half-term, with performance that will entertain all ages.

Start the half-term at Storytime on Saturday 31st March; The Point's interactive storytelling session for young people aged 3-7 years old. Musical storytellers will lead 45 minutes of fun featuring sing-along songs and lively games. Tickets are just £3.

The venue welcomes three fantastic family theatre companies to the Borough this Easter half-term. Celebrate the joy of working together at Filskit Theatre's Bright Sparks on Saturday 10th March; embark on an epic adventure with Les Petits Theatre and Captain Flinn on Wednesday 4th April; and follow Sourpuss, one very Grumpy Cat, on a journey into the garden on Friday 6th April.

All family shows at The Point are included in a special family offer of four tickets for £24 or five for £28.

SoCo Music Projects' The Foyer Sessions returns this Easter with local folk-trio Tenderlore on Friday 6th April. The live music strand operates a Pay What You Can ticketing scheme with prices starting at just £2. Families welcome.

The Berry Theatre has an affordable programme of family performance this Easter, featuring puppetry and magic.

On Saturday 31st March Long Nose Puppets presents Penguin; a charming adaptation of Polly Dunbar's award-winning children's book. The show is a delightful exploration of friendship made for young people aged 2-7 years old, followed by an opportunity for the audience to meet the puppets.

Visiting the venue for the first time for a magical extravaganza is Morgan & West with More Magic for Kids! on Tuesday 3rd April. Perfect fun for everyone aged 5+, the daring duo travel through time in a show full of crazy capers and awe-inspiring magic that is guaranteed to impress all ages.

The Berry Theatre's professional programme for families is included in a special ticket offer of four for £24 or five for £28, including Penguin and More Magic for Kids!.

The Berry Youth Theatre presents The Minotaur on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th April. Written by Neil Duffield and performed by an ensemble cast of talented young people from around the Borough, the production is a unique adaptation of a much-loved story brimming with adventure.

Saturday Storytime returns on 7th and 28th April. The sing-along sessions are made especially for young people aged 3-7 years old and their families and are packed with interactive playtime and imaginative storytelling.
