The Crazy Coqs Presents Concert Series Announces Upcoming Lineup

The Crazy Coqs Presents Concert Series Live at Zédel is presented on the last Sunday of every month. Each show features 5, sometimes 6 West End performers singing songs based on the theme of the night. Past themes have included Classic Musicals, LGBT Musicals, Disney, A New Writers' Showcase, 80s Movie Songs and Pasek & Paul. Performers so far have included Tom Hier, Gemma Sutton, Carolyn Maitland, David Shannon, Rebecca Trehearn, Paul Monaghan, Andy Coxon, Lewis Asquith, Belinda Wollaston, Jane Milligan, Chloë Hart, Charlotte Wakefield, Charlotte Jaconelli, Edward Baruwa, Michael Vinsen, Nathaniel Morrison, Nadim Naaman, Oliver Savile, Lauren James Ray, Christina Bennington, Suzie Mathers, Sophie Isaacs, Simon-Anthony Rhoden, Claudia Kariuki, Vicki Lee Taylor, Matthew Croke and Danny Becker.

The Winter into Spring season has just been announced.

The next show is Sunday 27th January at 9.15pm. It is called 'Attack Of The Teen Musicals' and features songs from Dear Evan Hansen, Fame, Footloose, Grease, Heathers, High School Musical, Spring Awakening and many more. Performers include Danny Becker (who is currently in Aladdin), Phoebe Fildes (Once, The Mousetrap), Tom Hier (Miss Saigon, The Dreamers), Charlotte Wakefield (The Dreamers and two-time Olivier nominee for Spring Awakening and The Sound of Music) and Charlotte Jaconelli (Heathers and runner-up in Season Six of Britain's Got Talent)

The rest of the season so far includes a night celebrating the songs of Stephen Schwartz on Sunday 24th February with Sophie Isaacs (Heathers), Matthew Croke (Aladdin in Aladdin) and Danny Becker (Aladdin) plus more TBC.

A night celebrating the songs of Jason Robert Brown will be held on Sunday 31st March with David Shannon (Come From Away, Matilda, Phantom Of The Opera, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Notre Dame De Paris, The Beautiful Game, Whistle Down The Wind, Cats, Martin Guerre), Jon Tarcy (The Sound of Music Live!, A Christmas Carol for the LMTO), Vicki Lee Taylor (Matilda, A Chorus Line) and Amara Okereke (Current Cosete in Les Misérables) with more TBC.

A night celebrating 60s Musicals will be held Sunday 28th April - Performers TBC.

A Night Celebrating the Songs of Sara Bareilles will be held Sunday 26th May - Performers TBC.

The MD for the Teen Musicals show is William Sharma. From then on the MD will be Henry Brennan.
