If you haven't met someone by the time you graduate, you're going to marry some idiot from your work. It's that simple. Do you know how they get animals to breed in captivity? They put them in the same cage.

Office romances are tricky. One moment you're colleagues, then a quick grope after Friday night drinks and suddenly you're in a relationship. When Tom and Amy get together after an office social, they find themselves living in each other's pockets. But it's not their lack of chemistry that's the problem: it's that neither of them can quite get over their childhood sweethearts.

This production opened at Edinburgh's Traverse Theatre as part of the 2010 Edinburgh Festival Fringe first, where it was awarded the Scotsman Fringe First Award. After Edinburgh the production toured to Birmingham Rep and Sheffield Theatres.

The production is directed by Lyndsey Turner. The cast is Alison O'Donnell, Iain Robertson and Rosalind Sydney.

DC Jackson is a Glaswegian playwright. His plays include Out on the Wing (Òran Mór), Matinee Idol (Òran Mór), Drawing Bored (Òran Mór), The Wall (Tron Theatre) and The Ducky (Tron Theatre).

Lyndsey Turner most recently directed Laura Wade's new play Alice for Sheffield Crucible and her hit show Posh at The Royal Court Theatre, London. Also at The Royal Court she directed A Miracle, Contractions, Chronic and Ignition and was Trainee Associate Director and International Associate. Other directing credits include Nocturnal for the Gate Theatre, London where she is Associate Director, The Lesson at the Arcola, Still Breathing, Hymn and What's Their Life Got? at Theatre 503.

Alison O'Donnell is returning to the Bush Theatre where she previously starred in Eigengrau. Other theatre work includes Dolls (National Theatre of Scotland) and The Act Going Home Tonight Is...(Trafalgar Studios).

Scottish actor, Iain Robertson, has appeared in numerous TV, film and stage productions including The Tempest at the Sheffield Crucible and The Old Vic and Confessions of A Justified Sinner at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh. On screen he starred in Band of Brothers, Sea of Souls and The Debt Collector. He won a BAFTA for his performance as Lex in Small Faces. Robertson is best known for his role as Gash in the BBC's Rab C. Nesbitt.

Rosalind Sydney has worked extensively in educational and children's theatre. Her professional credits include Vanishing Point's The Beggars Opera (Royal Lyceum) and Subway (Tron/Lyric Hammersmith).
