In this behind-the-scenes video at national tour of OLIVER!, Neil Morrissey is transformed into the iconic and infamous role of Fagin. Watch in fast motion as the make-up people work their magic.

One of the most beloved British musicals ever, OLIVER! Is coming to Birmingham Hippodrome. Bringing vividly to life Dickens' timeless characters with its ever-popular story of the boy who asked for more, Lionel Bart’s sensational score includes Food Glorious Food, Consider Yourself, You’ve Got to Pick-a-Pocket or Two, I’d Do Anything, Oom Pah Pah, As Long As He Needs Me and many more.

OLIVER! recently completed a two year run at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London where it opened to rave reviews, sell-out business and the biggest advance sales of all time for a West End show. In 2010, OLIVER! celebrated its 50th birthday, having premiered in the West End in 1960.

Playing the role of Fagin will be Neil Morrissey from Tuesday 13 March – Sunday 1 April and Brian Conley from Tuesday 3 April – Saturday 21 April.

Tickets are priced £18.50-£52. Performances times Tues-Sat eves 7.30pm; Wed 4 and 18 Apr and Thurs mats 2pm; Sat & Sun Mats 2.30pm; (excl 8 April).
