New Year's Honours For Sheridan Smith, James Corden, Kristin Scott Thomas And More!

The 2015 New Year's Honours have been announced - and there are plenty of theatrical folk whose work has been recognised.

Kristin Scott Thomas - about to return to the West End as the Queen in The Audience - is created a Dame, while multi-Olivier Award-winner Sheridan Smith and star of Into The Woods James Corden both pick up OBEs.

John Hurt is knighted, becoming Sir John, and Joan Collins becomes a Dame.

Emily Watson gets an OBE, and Meera Syal gets a CBE.
