Maria Friedman to Sign Copies of New Album at London's Dress Circle on April 10

Olivier Award-Winning singer and actress Maria Friedman will be on hand at London's Dress Circle on April 10 to sign copies of her new album, 'Maria Friedman Celebrates the Great British Songbook' which is being released on April 13.

The album, which is based on her show 'Maria Friedman Celebrates the Great British Songbook' which Friedman performed at the Shaw Theater in 2009 celebrates the work of many of our leading composers and lyricists including Noel Coward, Lionel Bart, Anthony Newley, Leslie Bricusse, John Barry, Don Black, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice and Elton John. 

Maria Friedman is the 3 time Olivier award winning and 7 time nominated star of The Woman In White, Chicago, Passion, The Witches Of Eastwick, Merrily We Roll Along, Ragtime, Lady In The Dark, Sunday In The Park With George and Blues In The Night. Her gift for interpretation has been demonstrated in the celebrated Maria Friedman By Special Arrangement (Donmar), Maria Friedman By Extra Special Arrangement (Whitehall), Maria Friedman Re-Arranged (Chocolate Menier) and her residency at New York's Cafe Carlyle.
