The full cast has been announced for Novel Theatre's West End production of COOL HAND LUKE, which will be led by Marc Warren (Hustle, Mad Dogs). The show will be directed by Andrew Loudon, and will open October 3 at the Aldwych Theatre.

Joining Warren in the production are Rob Falconer as Bull Bill, Lee Boardman as Dragline, Joshua McCord as Rabbit, Tom Silburn as Curly, Nathan Osgood as Carr, David Sturzaker as Society Red, Kenneth Jay as Boss Kean, Richard Brake as Boss Godfrey and Lisa Eichhorn as Mrs Jackson. Set to star in the ensemble are Sandra Marvin, Tania Mathurin, Bret Jones, Michael Cuckson and Julie Rogers.

Beneath a scorching Florida sun, Boss Godfrey watches the chain gang. Keeps his eye on Cool Hand Luke. War hero, trouble-maker, inspiration to his fellow inmates. And just the man Boss wants to crush.

Starring Marc Warren as the charismatic rebel, Cool Hand Luke is the hard-hitting story of a true original. He'll play it real cool in the face of brutality. He'll always get back up after a beating. He'll eat fifty eggs in an hour, to win a bet. A man who won't conform no matter what it costs. In a powerful new adaptation for the stage by Emma Reeves, based on Donn Pearce's acclaimed novel, and directed by Andrew Loudon Cool Hand Luke is the raw, uncompromising tale of sticking it to "The Man".
