Liz Robertson will star as VALERIE HOBSON in a solo show by Max Tiarks, directed by Matthew Gould at Jermyn Street Theatre this Sunday 26th July 2015.

The official description reads, "She relinquished a film career (Great Expectations and Kind Heart and Coronets) to become the wife of John Profumo MP. She stood by him when he resigned from Government. Where did this leave Valerie Hobson?"

Robertson -- internationally acclaimed and award-nominated for MY FAIR LADY (written and directed by her late husband Alan Jay Lerner), THE KING AND I and LOVE NEVER DIES -- stars in this riveting one-act look at the aftermath of the Profumo scandal... from the wife's perspective.
