Lauren Pattison Announces Soho Theatre Run

Returning from a complete sell-out Edinburgh Fringe run with rave reviews and extra dates added within her opening weekend, Lauren Pattison's sophomore show Peachy is transferring to Soho Theatre from 5th-10th November. Tickets are now on sale.

The sequel to Comedy Award nominated, critically acclaimed Lady Muck, Peachy is a celebration of gaining control and learning to stand on her own two feet. With a renewed confidence Lauren takes us through her journey of traveling the world, falling in love and being happy 'for now'. Tackling wider issues such as class prejudice, family and mental health, Peachy is packed full of hilarious stories with genuine charm and heart.

Following a whirlwind year of awards, nominations and sold-out shows on top of a runs at International Comedy Festivals in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and New Zealand. She was also the only UK rising star to be invited to Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal where she performed on the Brit(ish) line up alongside Sara Pascoe, Joel Dommett, Nish Kumar, Ed Gamble and Paul Chowdhry and recorded a set for the 'Stand Up Show with Katherine Ryan' which will air on Canadian TV later this year.

Pattison is one of the most exciting comedians to land on the scene in years, paving the way for comics of her generation with her authentic and assertive style. Lauren's presence is extraordinary, her performances are an impressive memorable experience not to be missed.

Lauren's debut show 'Lady Muck', was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer 2017, she won the Herald Angels Award 2017 and was nominated for Breakthrough Act at the Chortle Awards. The critically acclaimed sell-out show received a deluge of high praise and as such was the best reviewed show at The Pleasance and one of the hottest tickets of the Fringe.

Lauren hosts her own BBC Radio 1 podcast 'Ed and Lauren' with Ed Night, which was one of only a handful of BBC Radio 1 commissioned comedy podcasts' this year. The first episode of this is aired on Monday 30th July and can be heard here.

As seen on Comedy Central's Live from the Comedy Store, ITV's The Great Xmas Rant, Comedy Central's Drunk History, Climaxed Series 2 on BBC Three and heard on BBC Radio 4's Nasty Women and Where's the F in the News. Lauren returned to play Latitude, Reading and Leeds festivals this summer. Lauren was featured on the BBC New Talent Hotlist 2017.
