A thrilling new production of Charles Dickens' classic Oliver Twist, adapted by Piers Beckley, is to get its world premiere production by Giant Olive Theatre Company at The Lion and Unicorn Theatre from November 30 - January 10.  Press night is Wednesday December 2 at 7.30pm

Oliver Twist, an orphan born into poverty in a Victoria workhouse,  embarks on a journey to find his true identity, a search that involves passion, violence, sadness and joy. When brutal Fagin makes a deal with a stranger to steal Oliver Twist's birthright by leading the young lad into a den of iniquity and corruption, Fagin has no idea that it will lead to his own destruction...

Oliver Twist is from the same creative team behind last year's critically acclaimed production of 'A Christmas Carol', which had to extend its run twice because of phemomenal demand.

But be warned: this is Oliver Twist as you've never seen it before - and definitely not the laughter-filled musical!

Sandzer (Oliver Twist), Amy Merrutia (Nancy), Sam Nicholl (Bill Sykes), Grant Sterry (Charlie Bates), Mark Gillham (Dodger), Neil Chinnick (Noah), Hannah Redfern (Charlotte), Jennifer Oliver (Bet/ Nancy Understudy), Terence Mustoo (Mr Sowerberry), Kim Driver (Mrs Sowerberry), Anthony Kernan (Mr Bumble) Beth Thompston (Mrs Corney/Bumble), Rupert Bates (Grimwig), Alex Hunter (Brownlow), Jennifer Laine (Rose),Christopher Hammond (Monks) Ensemble: Stuart Mansell, Tamzin Paskins, Nick Ross,Lulu Fish, Sharea Samuals
