EDINBURGH 2010: BWW Reviews: JUMP! (Pleasance Dome)
By: Carrie Dunn
This is a fascinating new production with a strong six-person cast, although slightly hamstrung by its mid-afternoon time slot when this is clearly a sophisticated piece of writing with adult themes - sex, gender, betrayal, lust and suicidal intent. That makes it sound much darker than it is - this is a melodic show full of belly-laughs as we follow the decisions that have left Danny sitting on a tenth-floor ledge planning to make that leap. Highly recommended.
