According to the Daily Mail, TV personality and actress Danielle Lineker is working on playwright and director Melanie Spencer's new play RESPONSIBLE OTHER, to debut with Made By Brick at The Hampstead Theatre Downstairs next week.

With little background in acting, Lineker has trained with vocal coaches Patsy Rosenberg and Barbara Houseman to prepare for this and future roles.

"It's small," Lineker said about her role as the main character's teacher, "but I'm able to learn; that's why I took it."

RESPONSIBLE OTHER follows Daisy, a teenager suffering from lupus. Lineker plays the yea of Daisy's school, Miss Lewis.

Lineker will next be seen in the film We Are The Freaks, which screens at the Edinburgh Film Festival next weekend. Lineker is married to English football player Gary Lineker and has worked in modeling for years.
