Boys, Hart, Miller, Shingledecker Lead HOMEMADE FUSION 8/12 At Ambassadors

West End and Broadway stars Daniel Boys, Chloe Hart, Patina Miller and Matt Shingledecker are to headline HOMEMADE?FUSION, for one night only at the Ambassadors Theatre on August 12th 2010.

HOMEMADE FUSION is a celebration of NYC composers Michael Kooman (music) and Christopher Dimond (book & lyrics). Kooman and Dimond were this year awarded the Jonathan Larson Award, they are are 2009-2010 Dramatists Guild Fellows, and were finalists for the 2009 Fred Ebb Award. Kooman and Dimond met while students at Carnegie Mellon University.

Their most recent musical, GOLDEN GATE, premiered at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Their musical DANI GIRL has been workshopped at the Kennedy Center's New Visions/New Voices Festival, American Conservatory Theatre, the ASCAP/Disney Musical Theater Workshop, CAP-21, and was awarded the KC/ACTF Musical Theatre Award.

JUNIOR CLAUS, a family-friendly holiday musical, debuted in Minneapolis this winter, and is slated for a midwest US tour next year.

The incredible line up for this special evening includes: Lucy May Barker, who made her West End debut as Ilse in the original UK cast of Spring Awakening, and has since appeared at the National Theatre and Regent's Park; West End favourite Daniel Boys, star of Avenue Q, BBC's Any Dream Will Do, and currently in Wolfboy at Trafalgar Studios; Chloe Hart, who amazed audiences as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre and is now appearing in Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre; Olivier-nominated and Whatsonstage.com Award winner, Patina Miller, who is currently wowing audiences as Delores in Sister Act at the London Palladium; Hannah Shankman and Andrew Kober from the London and Broadway production of Hair at the Geilgud Theatre; Jeremy Legat, who recently completed a year-long run as Boq in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria, and Matt Shingledecker, who played Georg in Spring?Awakening on Broadway.
