Udderbelly Festival and London Wonderground have announced that master satirist Andy Zaltzman, waspish comic Hal Cruttenden and psychedelic Tony Law will be entertaining the Purple Cow this summer. They'll be joined for the first time by WiFi Wars, a new interactive game show from comedian and gaming expert Steve McNeil, which sets the audience a series of play-along challenges on their smartphones.

Other leading comedians already announced for the South Bank festival include Pete Firman, James Acaster, Felicity Ward, Myra Dubois and one-liner machine Milton Jones, as well as zeitgeist-y jokesters Ed Gamble, John Robins and Joel Dommett. Science and humour combine for Festival Of Spoken Nerd, legendary mixed-bill dance party Spank returns, and Best of the Comedy Store brings highlights from the famous club.

There's also anarchic cabaret-burlesque romp from Miss Polly Rae's Between The Sheets and hilarious musical storytelling from Cabaret Whore, plus Dr Sketchy's Anti Art School invites you to draw some of London's best avant-garde cabaret performers - while drinking.

Accompanying this top-notch entertainment will be an eclectic range of buzzy bars, street food and other festivities.

London Wonderground runs May 5-September 15, and Udderbelly Festival April 7-July 17, at and around the Southbank Centre. Tickets are on sale now on 0844 545 8282 or at www.southbankcentre.co.uk
