It's been nearly a year since Wilton's last put on some jolly Music Hall and now they have 3 special Saturday nights of just that coming your way.

Echoing the performance style of nights at Wilton's 150 years ago each evening starts with a mystery magic show by our very own Katherine, followed by a naughty Music Hall Extravaganza - all in aid of saving Wilton's! They saw the Tiny Wallops in action saving the George Tavern nearby and immediately recruited their services.

There will be a screening of some old footage of films shot at Wilton's in the dining room - They have just installed our first beer barrel in the Mahogany Bar so a great excuse to christen this momentous occasion - Viva Wilton's!

In addition, several events are coming to Wiltons:

A Cloud in Trousers (Friday 3rd July)

As an avid supporter of Wilton's Samantha Bloom has been asked to write for Time Out about Wilton's - the article comes out tomorrow in this week's edition.

Poetry is all the rage at the moment, don't miss this brave performance of some of the most moving lines that will ever touch your soul. John Wilton used to have poets and story tellers on his stage, They are thrilled to be bringing back some of his cultural shine. The performance lasts about an hour and is followed by the usual happiness of the Mahogany Bar.

The Possessed (Sunday, 5 July 2009)

The Possessed focuses on a terrorist cell, a group of seemingly normal locals who wreak havoc and destruction in their own town. Alarmingly current this Russian masterpiece is full of fantastic characters, romance and intrigue.

Cast includes Susannah York, Paul McGann, Dexter Fletcher and Jamie Glover

Viv McLean Piano Recital (Thursday, 16 July 2009)

Viv came to Wilton's on our last open day and played our lovely Bluthner piano for free. He is a protogé of the Kreutzer's at the Royal Academy of Music and is donating this concert to help save Wilton's.

Viv has curated a wonderfully romantic evening of pieces for especially for Wilton's. This is the perfect opportunity to examine our new wine list and Bliss Catering will be bringing their delicious tapas. The programme includes Chopin, Schubert, Liszt and Rachmaninov.
