The Firehouse Theatre Project Presents SKETCHPROVE LIVE!, TAXI STORIES, et al

The Firehouse Theatre Project proudly presents a new comedy and improvisational troupe -  SketchProv Live! opening Tuesday, Sept. 28. Subscribers recieve a bonus of $7 tickets.
The debut performance schedule so far is: Tuesday, Sept. 28, 8 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 29, 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 29 (following the performance of of Kyle Jarrow's Love Kills), and Sat., Oct. 30 (following the performance of of Kyle Jarrow's Love Kills.)

Tickets are $10 for individuals, $7 for Firehouse season subscribers, and $5 for students and RAPT members w/ ID. Visit http://www.sketchprov.myevent.com/ to purchase tickets. Tickets will also be available at the door.

SketchProv Live! moves to Richmond Triangle Players for performances on Oct. 12, 13, 19 and 20.

On Monday Oct. 4 and Wednesday Oct. 6 Firehouse Theatre presents David O'Sheas's one-man performance 'Taxi Stories' for two shows only.

Taxi Stories is an 80-minute one-person show in which the author/actor, David O'Shea, recounts stories from his seven-year tenure as a New York City taxi driver during the 1970s and early 80s. This is the NYC of Ed Koch, when homeless slept on cardboard boxes in front of the abandoned Apollo Theatre, Times Square was filled with three-card monte players, tall transvestite hookers, and midnight cowboys, and "Pac-Man" was a brand new video game.

Performances are scheduled for 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 4 & Wednesday, Oct. 6.
