The Capital City Showcase Screamin' Halloween Is This Saturday

The Capital City Showcase Screamin' Halloween show is this Saturday, October 28th at 8:00pm at Mason Inn, located at 2408 Wisconsin Ave NW in Washington DC!

The Capital City Showcase is the variety show that features the DMV's best comedians, musicians, and performing artists. For over seven years, the Showcase has included DC's best artists of all kinds, including stand-up comedians, improv troupes, bands, acoustic singer-songwriters, and hip-hop artists.

They've put together an amazing night of comedy and music, where all of their acts will be getting in the spirit with their own Halloween costumes, so attendees to the show are encouraged to do the same. There will be a costume contest with fantastic prizes, including Capitals game tickets and gift certificates to spots all around town.

There will also be drink specials throughout the entire show, and the show will be immediately followed by a DJ dance party!

COMEDY HEADLINER: Danny Rouhier

Co-host of 106.7's The Fan's "Grant and Danny", Danny Rouhier has long been a staple of the DC comedy scene. He shared the stage with some of the country's finest comedians, and has featured locally at such venues as The DC Improv, Magooby's Joke House, and Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse.

MUSICAL HEADLINER: Dr. Badlove and the Remedies

Dr. BadLove and The Remedies have taken their blend of electronic funk, hip-hop, and raw guitar riffs at venues all across the DC area, including most recently at Tropicalia. They are playing in support of their brand new EP "The Remedy"

This fantastic Showcase will also feature comedy from Mike Garvey and Michele Sometimes, and music from Rachel Levitin!
