Photo Flash: THE BROADWAY BOYS Perform Benefit Concert
It was quite an evening March 4, 2017 when The Broadway Boys performed a benefit performance at the Gordon Center for the Performing Arts at Baltimore, Maryland's Jewish Community Center.
A crowd of over 400 were treated to an evening of show tunes which were all given a new twist.
The performers were Jesse Nager (MOTOWN THE MUSICAL), Jamarice Daughty (THE COLOR PURPLE), Gabe Violett (SPRING AWAKENING), Marshal Carolan (HAIR), Nick Cartell (JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR), and Jason McCollum (The Broadway Inspirational Voices).
Accompanying the group were Annastasia Victory (piano), Mike Godette (guitar), Trevor Cohen (bass) and Joe Nero (drums).
The song list included hit numbers like "Lullaby of Broadway", "Luck Be a Lady", "Wilkommen", "Too Darn Hot", "Fame", "Where is Love", "Electricity", "Circle of Life", songs from JERSEY BOYS, a great rendition of "Defying Gravity", and a moving "Imagine" form LENNON.
