Photo Flash: First Look at Theatre Prometheus's [ALL-LADY] MACBETH

Theatre Prometheus's haunting, intimate production of one of Shakespeare's enduring classics -- [all lady] Macbeth -- will run at the beautiful Anacostia Arts Center now through May 1st. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast below!

Join Theatre Prometheus on a journey through the war­torn Scotland of Macbeth, where years of perpetual violence have left scars both physical and psychological. A "chance" encounter with three witches brings about a prophecy, setting off a devastating chain of events that plunges Macbeth into madness-and brings the audience along for the ride. This fiercely talented all­female cast offers a unique perspective on the violence and power struggle of this archetypically masculine story.
