Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili Return to the Stage in PYGMALION and GALATEA

Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili return to the stage in this new creation to honor Synetic Theater Founding Board Member Ina Milton and Founding Company Member Philip Fletcher. It is because of Ina and Phillip that Synetic Theater is what it is today; Ina for her relentless and generous support and Philip for his undeniable talent. It's been eight years since Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili have appeared on stage together, and they want to take this opportunity to invite you to share in celebrating Ina Milton and Philip Fletcher. Don't miss this once in a lifetime chance to see Synetic Theater's founding husband and wife team of Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili together again on stage.

After eight years, Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili return to the stage once again in this new creation based on the myth of Pygmalion and Galatea to honor Founding Board Member Ina Milton and long-time Synetic company member Philip Fletcher--featuring Synetic all-stars Tori Bertocci, Irina Kavsadze, Alex Mills, and Dallas Tolentino. Celebration to follow the performance.

We celebrate Ina Milton, Synetic Theater Founding Board Member. With her unconditional support, Synetic was born whose unique art has been delighting audiences throughout the Washington, DC region for more than 15 years. Ina's support and invaluable guidance over the years continue to push the creativity of the Tsikurishvilis to uncharted limits and territory.

"Synetic is honored to have Ina's continued support and critical eye" said Founding Artistic Director, Paata Tsikurishvili.

Philip Fletcher is a Synetic Theater Founding Company Member whose outstanding achievements include appearing in over 50 new and remounted productions where he has been nominated and won several Helen Hayes Awards. Production highlights include: Twelfth Night (Orsino), King Lear (Edmund), Othello (Iago), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Oberon), Romeo and Juliet (Mercutio), Carmen (Lucas), Macbeth (Witch), and Hamlet...the rest is silence (King Hamlet's Ghost/Player King).
