Nominations Open for the 2016 BroadwayWorld Washington, DC Awards
Nominations have now opened for the 2016 BroadwayWorld Regional Awards, honoring productions which opened between October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. Our local editors have set the categories and now YOU get to nominate and vote for your favorites! Nominations are reader-submitted and will be open through October 31.
After the nomination period ends, BroadwayWorld's local editors will proof the list for eligibility and errors, then voting will begin in early November and run through December 31. Winners will be announced in January!
**Please note*** Only productions in the immediate DC Metro Area are eligible for consideration. This includes Washington, DC, as well as Montgomery and Prince Georges counties in Maryland, as well as Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax counties in Virginia. Nominations are chosen by the readers and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the BWW DC-based writing staff.
