LITTLE WOMEN: THE MUSICAL Will Close 2025-26 Season at Creative Cauldron

Creative Cauldron Stage has announced the grand finale of its 2025-2026 theatrical season with the beloved Broadway classic, Little Women: The Musical. Bringing Louisa May Alcott's cherished novel to life with a powerful score and heart-stirring performances, this production serves as the crowning jewel of a season dedicated to stories of resilience, family, and the pursuit of dreams.

Based on the semi-autobiographical account of Alcott's own life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy March. Set against the backdrop of the Civil War, the musical captures the sisters' journey from childhood to adulthood, exploring the enduring bonds of sisterhood and the courage required to find one's own voice.

The 2025-26 season has been a year of growth and artistic exploration for Creative Cauldron Stage. From bold new works to intimate cabaret performances, the "Cauldron" has continued its mission of making professional theater accessible and engaging for all patrons.

“There is no better way to close this season than with a story that celebrates the strength of the human spirit,” says Laura Connors Hull. “Little Women is a universal reminder that no matter the challenges we face, the love of family and the power of our own imagination can carry us through. It's the perfect bookend to a year of incredible storytelling.”

This musical adaptation features music by Jason Howland, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, and a book by Allen Knee. Its original production garnered many award nominations, including the Tony Award, Outer Critics Circle Award, and three Drama Desk Awards.

Little Women: The Musical is Directed by Creative Cauldron's Founding Artistic Director Laura Connors Hull, Music Directed by Bharati Soman and Assistant Directed by Helen Hayes Award nominee for direction Matt Conner. Sponsored by The Savada-Stevenson Family and Frosch Travel, the show runs from May 14 - June 7, 2026. Press Night will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 7:30 PM.

The cast of Little Women: The Musical consists of familiar faces to the Creative Cauldron stage as well as many newcomers. Kyle Smith Truby leads the cast as Jo.
