Breaking Up With ED Donates Proceeds To Nat'l Eating Disorders Association
In honor of National Eating Disorder Awareness Month, we would like to share the launch of a new project, Breaking Up With ED.
The Breaking Up With ED project is a collection of stories gathered from interviews with eating disorder survivors, their friends and families, and educators. The interviewees’ stories are going to be shared as monologues in an ensemble show performed Summer 2012. This show seeks to share with the world the many faces of those who live with ED, all the different forms ED can take, and how survivors of ED are fighting back.
All proceeds will be donated to the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA). The show is currently in the script creation and fundraising stage, and we’re looking for support.
