Linzi Hateley will join the cast of London's Mamma Mia! as Donna Sheridan.
 
Hateley will join the cast on March 5th.  Other new additions include Steven Finch as Harry Bright, Hannah Robertson as Sophie Sheridan, Paul Shelford as Sky, Lucy Miller as Ali, Tanya Robb as Lisa and Kieran Joe as Eddie.  Joanna Monroe continues as Rosie, with Jane Gurnett as Tanya, Iain Fletcher as Sam Carmichael, Paul Hawkyard as Bill Austin, and Ben Heathcote as Pepper. 
 
Hateley, who originated the title role of Carrie, has appeared on the London stage in Mary Poppins, Les Miserables, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Chicago, among others.
 
Mamma Mia! features a score by ABBA's Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaues, as well as a book by Catherine Johnson and direction by Phyllida Lloyd.   The show concerns Donna, who while on a tiny Greek Island, tries to settle her daughter Sophie's paternity before the latter's wedding. 

Mamma Mia!, which premiered in London in 1999, is produced by Judy Craymer, Richard East & Björn Ulvaeus for Littlestar in association with Universal.  It also continues a hit run on Broadway and plays numerous other productions around the world.
