THT has announced three upcoming events - a Vermont Mozart Festival concert, a live broadcast of the comedy "London Assurance" from the National Theater of Great Britain; and a screening of "Easy Rider" for only $2 a seat.

Comic Hit "London Assurance" Broadcast in HD from The National Theater
The National's first season of satellite broadcasts is capped by the boisterous comedy, and unexpected hit of the London season, "London Assurance." At Town Hall Theater, Saturday, July 24 at 7:00 pm. Tickets, $15, are available through the THT Box Office by calling 802-382-9222, online at www.townhalltheater.org, or in person on Merchants Row, Middlebury (Mon-Sat, noon-5 pm).

Vermont Mozart Festival: Jean-Claude Pennetier
Vermont's premiere classical music series returns to Middlebury with an all-Chopin evening of solo piano, played by Jean-Claude Pennetier, the extravagantly talented winner of the Gabriel Fauré Competition, the International Montréal Competition, and the International Geneva Competition. At Town Hall Theater, Tuesday, July 20, 7:30 pm. Tickets, $31/$15 youth, are available at www.vtmozart.org, or call 802-862-7352.

EASY RIDER On Screen at Town Hall Theater
Dennis Hopper, Peter Fonda and a very young Jack Nicholson hop on their motorcycles in search of America in the classic 60's anti-establishment film EASY RIDER. On the big screen at Town Hall Theater, Middlebury, Sunday, July 25 at 7:00 pm. Tickets, only $2, are available through the THT Box Office by calling 802-382-9222, online at www.townhalltheater.org, or in person on Merchants Row, Middlebury (Mon-Sat, noon-5 pm).
