One of the masterpieces in the Verdi canon, Otello, will make its first "Live in HD" appearance on October 27 at the Town Hall Theater. The extraordinary cast is led by Johan Botha in the title role of the jealous Moor of Venice, opposite Renée Fleming in one of her greatest roles, Otello’s innocent wife Desdemona.

The Met Opera “Live in HD” broadcast can be seen at the Town Hall Theater on Saturday, October 27, beginning at 12:55 pm. Tickets are $24 ($10 for students) and may be purchased at 802-382-9222, www.townhalltheater.org, at the THT Box Office (Mon-Sat, noon-5 pm) or at the door.
