Photo Flash: First Look At The Cast Of ALBIREO: A NEW MUSICAL

Ever wonder what it might be like if there was an actual reason characters sang in a musical? Enter "Albireo!" A live, all new, original musical where song, dance and music become power!

"Albireo" tells the story of brothers Wriker and Chambers. Half human and half siren, their fabled hypnotic powers only come into play when singing together in harmony. Two sides of a whole and separated for some time, Wriker only brings trouble when he barges back into his little brother's life, and on the night of a crucial dinner party, no less!

A mess of comedy, chaos, the true meaning of family, silence and song, "Albireo" has something for just about anyone, on top of being a dose of good old fashioned fun! Enjoy a fresh take on theater never before seen, pushing the boundaries of what it means to sing, and what it means to live!

Brought to life at the Red Gate Revue Stage on Granville Island by Vancouver based, up and coming Theater company Rushed Productions in collaboration with the UBC Players Club, Albireo is also an acting fund raiser for Arts Umbrella, Vancouver's own non-profit arts education organization for young people!

We will be running a bar! All drinks priced at $5 will be available before the show and at intermission, and will be allowed inside the theater!

Evening Shows (November 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th):
Doors open at 7pm, Show begins at 7:30pm

Matinee (November 23rd):
Doors open at 11:30am, Show begins at 12:00pm
(This performance welcomes high-school classes along with the general public! We will be hosting a half-hour QnA session after the show!)

Standard ticket: $23
Students/Senior: $20

Opening night (November 21st) and the Noon Matinee (November 23rd) are flat-rate shows! All tickets priced at 20$!
