Doktor Luke Productions has announced the WILD WEST SHOW on Feb. 2 at the Anza Club, a fundraiser for Pacific Theatre (Doubt, Playland, My Name is Asher Lev).

This ain't no happy clappy country barn dance, ladies, gents, &c. This is Gold Rush. Jagged and raw, the Wild West Show brings together some of Vancouver's hottest and most daring stars.

Headling is Vancouver's own, internationally-acclaimed VIPER CENTRAL, bringing barn-burning originality to bluegrass music. Joining these rollicking musicians is THE CITY SLACKERS, who will reduce you to a puddle of laughter-wrought tears with their gut-splitting frontier comedy improv. Doktor Luke also presents LES PETITES TAQUINES, famous for flirting with innovation, and other very special guests who will be sure to keep you lively, despite the devil liquor.

COME ONE, COME ALL. Just make sure you're 19+ cause all you young'uns will be ID'd at the door. The Anza Club is located at 3 West 8th Ave (at Ontario) in Vancouver, BC. Tickets: $18 in advance; $20 at door. Visit www.doktorlukes.com or email julie@juliesutherland.ca.
