This Christmas, Tron Theatre Company presents a brand new festive show for 3-6 year-olds. Designer Anna Orton transforms the small studio space (capacity 60) into Tinsel Toon, a charming town where all manner of funny wee characters dwell! Mixing together warm humour, gentle slapstick and lovely storytelling, this festive show is perfect for wee ones.

Mary Gapinski (The Night After Christmas, Snow Pals, The Elf By Herself) and Isabelle Joss (The Story of the Little Gentleman, The Voice Thief, The Pokey Hat) live in the same wee Tinsel Toon street, where everyone gets along just fine, going about their daily lives with a pleasant hello and a cheery wave. But when a chill wind blows through the town, neighbours suddenly become less neighbourly and preparations for the Christmas festivities are tinged with more than a little bit of frost. What's happening this Christmas in Tinsel Toon?

Devised and written by Lisa Keenan (Snow Pals, The Elf By Herself) and with a score by RJ McConnell, Tinsel Toon uses the wonderful physicality and comic timing of the two actors to great effect and is the perfect visual treat for little ones who might still be too young for the Tron's main house panto.
