The Union Theatre Presents THE FIX; Opens June 20
The Union Theatre presents The Fix, running June 20 through July 14. When the next presidential candidate dies having sexual intercourse with his secretary,vhis widow makes it her mission in life to get her wayward son into the White House at any cost. Set in the 60's and loosely based on 'The Manchurian Candidate', this darkly funny lampooning of American politics takes no prisoners. This production is the frst London revival since it's World Premiere at the Donmar Warehouse.
Michael Strassen (Director) - Michael's production of Sondheim's 'Assassins' at The Union Theatre in 2010 won the prestigious Off West End Award for Best Production, also attaining Critics Choice and Show of the Week in Time Out. Most recently at The Union he
staged and directed 'The Baker's Wife' and 'Godspell'.
