It's CHRIIIIIST-MASSSS! It's that most special time of year, when the decorations go up, the booze gets opened, and the foul-mouthed family members come round to visit. Everyone's favourite gender-bending duo Tranny and Roseannah have invited you over to theirs for a cosy Christmas night in. Only their idea of a cosy night in might not be what you expect... Imagine John Waters hosting a festive Noel's House Party and you're getting close. A camp cabaret atmosphere where anything goes and traditional Christmas values get the kind of treatment that'd make your mum blush. Expect special guests, twisted Christmas carols, good old-fashioned yuletide singalongs, and a huge serving of trashy festive spirits.

Devised and performed by Arches regulars Laurie Brown and Rosana Cade, and Arches Artist-in-Residence Adrian Howells, A Gay in a Manger is a truly alternative festive experience. With tits, tinsel, and turkey, baubles, balls, and blood, it's an X-rated Xmas show you won't soon forget. Christmas just got real.
