Storyhouse Has Launched Its First Ever Cabaret

The award-winning venue will stage a day of sparkling variety and cabaret put together exclusively by acclaimed showman Mat Ricardo.

Saturday 29 June will see a programme that celebrates the best of variety and vaudeville as some of Europe's leading cabaret acts perform a family matinee and adult evening show.

Variety artist Mat Ricardo is one of the world's most unique, critically-acclaimed, and entertaining performers. Mat Ricardo on stage is an opportunity to see genuine danger performed by a natural comedian at the top of his game. With Mat, you are guaranteed big laughs, serious skills, slapstick, and breathtaking spectacle.

The devilishly eccentric Ada Campe's performances are true variety at its best, rife with the absurd and the outlandish, mystery and intrigue and unabashed, pure comedy.

Delivering a varied, unique and elegant twist on stage magic, Oliver Tabor is a multi-award winning magician and member of the Magic Circle most recently winning at the 2017 European Championships of Magic. He is a past International British Magic Champion & World Championships of Magic finalist.

Foot juggler extraordinaire Ulrike Storch is the spitting image of Hollywood icon Marlene Dietrich. She has juggled for award-winning contemporary circus company's Cirque Eìloize, and is a resident at one of London ìs best cabaret shows, Cafe de Paris.
