The St. James Theatre will today launch the Under 26 Membership Scheme, designed to provide affordable tickets to younger audiences. The scheme is open to all between the ages of 16 and 25 and entitles its members to special offers and discounts for certain St. James Theatre and St. James Studio shows, with tickets available from as little as £5.

Sign up is quick, easy and straightforward. Following a one off cost of £5, members will be granted access to the Under 26 Members page on the St. James Theatre website where all available shows will be listed. They will also receive automatic email updates when new shows become available. Additional benefits include being able to book two tickets per performance with no age restriction limit placed on the second ticket holder.

As an opening offer, all who join the membership scheme before 31 May 2015 will automatically be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a pair of tickets to the world premiere of McQueen by James Phillips. Running at the St. James Theatre from 12 May till 27 June, the cast includes award-winning actor Stephen Wight and former Glee star Dianna Agron.

Today's launch follows last month's announcement of the St. James Re:act initiative, where four theatre makers will be selected by the to write a performance piece in response to the current main house production, which will then be rehearsed and performed in the St. James Studio. The inaugural night, St. James Re:act - McQueen will take place on Saturday 16 May at 8pm.
